Package
On the day of the event, my primary focus will be to ensure everything runs seamlessly, leaving you to enjoy the magic of the moment without any stress.
Every detail matters, and I’ll be there to manage it all while you sit back and soak in every delicious moment of your special day!

I will start the day early, confirming arrival times with each vendor, including caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainment. I’ll maintain open communication, providing them with the event timeline and any specific logistics needed for setup or service. This way, everyone's on the same page, and I can quickly address any unexpected issues.

While vendors are setting up their respective areas, I’ll oversee the arrangement of tablescapes. I will ensure that centerpieces, linens, and place settings are arranged according to the design plan. I’ll add playful touches to each table, whether it’s customized name cards or whimsical décor, to bring your vision to life.

As guests arrive, I’ll manage seating and cue the wedding party for the ceremony. I'll coordinate with the officiant to ensure that the processional and recessional flows smoothly. My goal is to manage timing perfectly and guide everyone, so there are no awkward pauses or missed moments.

During the reception, I’ll coordinate the timeline with the DJ or band for seamless transitions between meals, speeches, and dances. I'll keep the energy high, ensuring that everything from the cutting of the cake to the first dance goes off without a hitch.

Once the celebration comes to a joyful close, I’ll lead the cleanup process. I’ll have a plan in place for gathering items, making sure that everything, from décor to personal belongings, is packed up and returned to you in perfect condition. I’ll coordinate with the venue and vendors to ensure that everything is left spotless so you can focus on the memories made rather than the mess left behind.
